Fill your freezer with wholesome, pasture-raised pork from Spring Creek Meadows. Our pigs are raised outdoors with room to roam and root naturally, and are supplemented with a non-GMO, corn-free, and soy-free feed for rich, flavorful meat.

A whole hog yields about 150–200 lb of take-home meat, depending on the animal. You’ll need about 1 cubic foot of freezer space for every 25 lb of pork.

Example cuts include:
• Boston Butt Roast (15–20 lb)
• Ham, whole or sliced (15–20 lb)
• Bacon (15–20 lb) or Ribs (16 lb)
• Chops, bone-in (15–20 lb) or boneless (8–12 lb)
• Ground or sausage (10–20 lb)

This product is a deposit toward your whole hog. After placing your order, you’ll work directly with Enos to complete a custom cut sheet. Once the butcher determines the hanging weight, you’ll receive an invoice for the remaining balance, and you’ll pay the processor separately.
