Enjoy a generous supply of high-quality, pasture-raised pork with a half share from Spring Creek Meadows. Our pigs live on open pasture and are fed a non-GMO, corn-free, and soy-free diet for tender, naturally flavorful meat.

A half hog yields about 75–100 lb of take-home meat, depending on the animal. You’ll need about 1 cubic foot of freezer space for every 25 lb of pork.

Example cuts include:
• Boston Butt Roast (7–10 lb)
• Ham, whole or sliced (7–10 lb)
• Bacon (8–10 lb) or Ribs (8 lb)
• Chops, bone-in (8–10 lb) or boneless (4–6 lb)
• Ground or sausage (5–10 lb)

Bacon is cured using real salt or Himalayan pink salt, red pepper, black pepper, and curry powder.

This product is a deposit toward your half hog. After placing your order, you’ll work directly with Enos to complete your custom cut sheet. Once the butcher determines the hanging weight, you’ll receive an invoice for the remaining balance, and you’ll pay the processor separately.
